Overview
Artificial intelligence has captured the imagination for decades as the subject of both scientific research and speculative fiction. In the last few years, artificial intelligence systems have advanced to the point where the research is beginning to catch up with the fantasy. As AI becomes increasingly part of our everyday lives, we are challenging you to think about how it can be used to design and make a better future.
In this challenge, we want you to use AI as part of the design process in the creation of a physical item. What AI system you choose is up to you. The system can employ a large language model like ChatGPT, generative design like used in Autodesk Fusion, or any other available AI system.
As this new and exciting field emerges, show us what you are able to do with it to push the boundaries of what is possible!
Autodesk Judge's Prize
In addition to the regular prize levels, three $300 prizes will be awarded by our judges to projects that incorporate any Autodesk software in a notable way. This can include Tinkercad, Fusion, Inventor, Forma, Revit, 3DS Max, Maya, or any of the software listed on this page.
